Returns
Try your Flippo screen. If it is not for you, you have 30 days from the day it is delivered to send it back for a full refund.
What can be returned
- Any Flippo screen, within 30 days of delivery.
- With everything it came with: the screen, cables, magnets, clips or remote, and the box if you still have it.
- Trying it out is fine. Items that are broken or damaged by use cannot be refunded in full.
How to start a return
- Email groupnoventis@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
- We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything to the address on the original package: it will not reach us.
- Pack the item well and send it back. Keep the tracking number of your return.
Return shipping
If the item arrived faulty, damaged or wrong, we cover the return, or we simply send you a new one. If you changed your mind, the cost of sending it back is yours.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and we check it, we refund the price of the item to your original payment method within 5 business days and email you to confirm. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. If the item was faulty or wrong, we also refund the shipping you paid.
Faulty or damaged items
If your screen does not work or arrives damaged, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a short photo or video of the problem. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
Exchanges
We do not swap models directly. Return the one you have and order the one you want; the refund for the first goes back to you as soon as it arrives.
Your legal rights
If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, and the legal guarantee of conformity for goods. This policy adds to those rights; it never limits them.
