Terms of service

These terms apply to every visit to flippo.store and every order placed on it. By using the store or placing an order, you accept them. Please read them together with our Shipping policy, Returns policy and Privacy policy.

1. Who we are

flippo.store is operated by Flippo, Plaça d'Espanya, 1, 08242 Manresa, Barcelona, Spain. Email: groupnoventis@gmail.com. The store runs on Shopify, which also processes payments.

2. Using the store

You must be of legal age in your country, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, to buy from us. You agree not to use the store for anything unlawful, not to interfere with how it works and not to copy its content for commercial use.

3. Products

We describe each screen as accurately as we can. Photos show the product in use; colours and screen images can vary slightly from what you receive. Flippo screens mirror the phone's back camera and work with most iPhone and Android phones, but some models (for example Google Pixel and some recent Samsung and iPhone models) may not connect because of how they handle screen mirroring. If yours does not work, our Returns policy applies.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars unless the store shows another currency for your country. Shipping is added at checkout as described in our Shipping policy. Taxes are calculated at checkout where they apply. Payment is taken when you place the order, through Shopify's checkout and the payment methods shown there; we never see or store your full card details.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we email you the order confirmation. We may cancel an order, and refund it in full, if an item is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error or if we suspect fraud. We will tell you by email if that happens.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery areas, costs and times are set out in our Shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.

7. Returns, refunds and guarantees

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery as set out in our Returns policy. Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom keep their statutory right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee of conformity, which nothing in these terms limits.

8. Reviews and messages

If you send us a review, photo or message, you confirm it is your own and truthful, and you allow us to show it in the store. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning, and we may remove content that is unlawful or abusive.

9. Intellectual property

The Flippo name, logo, texts, photos and page design belong to Flippo or its licensors. You may not reuse them without our written permission.

10. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or of our negligence. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses, or for damage caused by using a product in a way its instructions do not allow. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Third-party links

The store may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown in the store when you placed it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.
